Xoriant Appoints Neha Varshney Arora As Global VP- Sales

Neha Varshney Arora has been appointed as the vice president of sales at Xoriant, a ChrysCapital Group company, effective February 2024.

She confirmed her appointment on LinkedIn stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Vice President of Sales at Xoriant – ChrysCapital Group Company.”

With almost two decades of experience, Arora is an expert in organisational growth, targeted engagement, cultivating partnerships, bespoke solutions, business development, client relationship management and change management. 

Previously, she held key leadership roles for over 15 years at IBM. She has also served at Sybase Software, Diebold Nixdorf, Hughes and Symbiosis Technologies.
