Yelp Appoints Dan Jedda As CFO
Yelp has appointed Dan Jedda as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 29
Yelp, a leading source of user-generated reviews and ratings for businesses announced the appointment of Dan Jedda, CFO of Roku, to its Board of Directors, effective March 29. George Hu, is stepping down after serving for over five years, including a role on the board’s Compensation Committee.
Jedda has been the chief financial officer of Roku since May 2023. Jedda has spent 15 years as vice president and CFO for digital video, digital music and advertising at Amazon.com. Before joining Roku, Jedda also held the position of CFO of Stitch Fix. Jedda has graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.S. in accounting and finance and the University of Minnesota with an MBA.
