Gokwik Appoints Amitt Sharma As Chief Customer Officer
In his new role, Amitt Sharma will be responsible for creating an enablement layer within the team to scale best customer service practices and hygiene that fuel growth and retention initiatives
E-commerce enabler, Gokwik, has announced the appointment of Amitt Sharma as its CCO (Chief Customer Officer).
In his new role, Amitt would be working closely with the rest of the verticals and the leadership team in driving GoKwik’s vision to maximise the value delivery to its clients as a part of the company’s growth strategy. He would be responsible for creating an enablement layer within the team to scale best CS practices and hygiene to fuel growth and retention initiatives.
With over 12 years of experience in customer success and delivery, Sharma joins Gokwik from MoEngage, a leading customer engagement platform where he led customer success, implementation and onboarding while fine-tuning the overall expansion strategy for South East Asia and ANZ during his stint. In his previous roles, Sharma has also worked as customer success and delivery lead with Observe.AI in San Francisco and Bengaluru, where he helped the company grow from seed to a USD 88 million Series B stage.
