Rajesh Chawla to succeed Lalit Malik who has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Varun Beverages, at its meeting on May 13, 2024, has approved the appointment of Rajesh Chawla as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, effective May 14, 2024, in place of Lalit Malik, who resigned as CFO and KMP on May 13, 2024.
Chawla is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years post qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, Planning and Reporting, Costing & ERP-SAP Implementation in multinational consumer electronics & FMCG with experience of leading the finance organisation to deliver on strategic, annual and quarterly objectives of the business.
